Zendesk Help Center Launches Today!

Thursday, June 10, 2021

We are excited to share that today we are launching a new help center and ticketing system called Zendesk.

With Zendesk, you can:

  • Find answers to common questions such as printing and password resets through the self-service function
  • Submit a ticket for IT requests
  • Get support on how to use Workday

Zendesk replaces the previous IT ticketing system, and will make it easier to get assistance with IT and Workday needs.

Follow the steps below to log in to Zendesk!

Step 1: Watch the 3-minute Intro to Zendesk video

For a quick overview of Zendesk, watch the video, which shows you how to log in, search for articles and submit tickets.

Step 2: Sign in to Zendesk

Go to support.legacytraditional.org in any web browser. This will take you to the main page of Zendesk.

Sign in using the same credentials you use to sign in to your work computer.

Step 3: Search for the answer to your question

Zendesk collects and publishes help articles on commonly asked questions. This will empower you to find answers for yourself. So, we recommend you start here.

To search for articles, use the search bar or click on a box underneath the search bar to only view articles related to that area. If you can’t find an article that answers your question then submit a ticket.

Step 4: Submit a ticket

  1. In the top right corner click on “Submit a Request”
  2. Fill out the form with the following:
    - Request type
    - Issue type
    - Location, etc.
  3. Click "Submit"

Once you submit you will receive an email confirming your ticket. If you need to add additional information after you submit your ticket, you can reply to your email confirmation.

Note: If you want to check the status of your ticket, you can do so from your Zendesk account, by clicking your name in the top right corner and then clicking my activities. When your ticket is resolved you will also receive an email.
